seeds can take several weeks to germinate. I always get impatient and just buy some seedlings from a local nursery.
Remember, cucumbers are a vine. They need something like a fence to climb on. They climb up maybe a few feet and then go horizontally. They need alot of room to grow. My vines last year were probably 15 feet long.

One more thing. The bunnies love to eat cucumber seedlings. You might have to protect them once they come up.
